BLUE CHICKEN is a Roots Rock Gumbo of ALL STAR Musicans. It features JIM WEIDER on guitar and vocals, a former member of the legendary group "THE BAND" and a current member of The Levon Helm Band who is a Master of classic Telecaster Guitar & renowned for his rock and blues-based signature sound. He is among a select group of musicians with an endorsement from Fender and, for the past three decades, he's earned enormous respect from fellow musicians and music fans throughout the world.
BRIAN MITCHELL on Keyboards and vocals is current member of The Levon Helm Band and well known in music industry circles and beyond for both his solo career and his high-profile collaborations. He has recorded and performed with some of music's most respected artists, Levon Helm ,Bob Dylan, Al Green, B.B. King, and many others .
BYRON ISAACS on Bass and vocals is a current member of The Levon Helm Band and also Ollabelle.
CLARK GAYTON on Trombone is a current member of The Levon Helm Band and has recorded or performed with Prince, Rhianna, Brazilian Girls, Steel Pulse, Wyclef Jean, Queen Latifah, Quincy Jones, Sting, Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder, Santana, Maxwell, The Skatalites, and Bad Brains, to name a few.
In addition TONY LEONIE on Drums and vocals is a member of Ollabelle.
SID McGINNIS , Guitarist played with Peter Gabriel /Paul Simon, many many others and is a current member guitarist for the David Letterman band.
